I drank a beer and I chased it down with whiskey
How much better can a breakfast be?
Clears my mind, don’t get no
Cereal for me

I woke up fine, just that I was a little thirsty
Musta been that I hadn’t had enough last night
I don’t know what I did,
Musta did everything alright

I heard it said that it’s alway nightime somewhere

It’s always too late, and I won’t wait
